EXCELLENT stay!

competent staff central location

The breakfast team was AMAZING!!! They were great with all the children. The front desk staff acted quick, competent, and very helpful to everyone. I really liked this hotel, central to both the city centre and the port.

I noticed the absence of a sink in the separate toilet. This meant I had to go to the bathroom to wash. This was INCONVENIENT!!!

The room was very peaceful, which allowed restful sleep. An extra door closed off the entranceway. A mini bar allowed making coffee in the morning, without waking my husband and son.

The hotel's location is GREAT!!! It is close to the cruise terminal and the West Quay shopping centre. This proximity made everything very accessible. I found the hotel's position to be advantageous.

I used the swimming pool and sauna twice . The gym was also quite well-equipped. These facilities enhanced the overall experience at the hotel. I found them clean and Well kept!!!

I found the room to be well-kept and properly cleaned. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. I made use of the on-site parking, and its accessibility simplified my arrival and departure. The staff were helpful with directions to local shops.

The gym equipment could use some updating, as a treadmill was out of order.

Fantastic Stay!

friendly greeting great condition clean room short walk

The reception staff offered a friendly greeting during check-in. The facilities and rooms was in great condition. The Double Room was clean and very comfortable (exactly what I needed!). The hotel is nicely situated within a short walk of the centre.

The gym access is restricted to guests 16 years or older.

a tender anniversary stay

kind receptionist wedding anniversary lovely dessert

the receptionist cathy showed kindness when my husband realised he forgot vital documents for cruise parking. we received an upgrade for our ruby wedding anniversary, what a treasure! a good dessert arrived with 'happy anniversary' wishes and drink vouchers, it was a blessing.

the room was cold. the central heating controls did not work at all! they offered me a heater. but it took a long time for the room to warm. i waited so long..

cute staff clean room convenient location

i found the reception staff very cute. my room was clean and had a nice atmosphere. the hotel's location is really convenient, just a short walk to the town center.

the sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was adequate for a short stay.

the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the central train station. this makes it easy for travellers arriving from across the country. it's also only a short distance to a supermarket to buy water and snacks.

The hotel features a swimming pool, and you must pass through the lobby in your robe to access it. there is also a small gym. I didn't have time to check out the gym! also, there's a stylish bar if you fancy a drink.
